How do we work in clinical trials?
Connected to the ecosystem
We interact with the clinical and innovation community in order to access breakthrough science and the best sites, talent and technology. We understand the challenges of our industry.
Agile culture
We produce weekly value deliverables. We make sure every deliverable, every document, every slide and every message adds value, is clear and reduces time to the market.
Impact of the clinical trial
We make decisions based on data. We prioritize work based on the performance and risk impact on our clients’ performance indicators. We are predictive, not reactive.
Customer-centric
We listen to the client to gather insights, we design each study by putting ourselves in our client’s shoes to be mindful of what will add value to their strategy. We become an extension of our client’s team.
Our Solutions For Biotechs
Over the last years, we have assisted in an important increase in the pharmacological offer for patients, driven in part by the approval of new drugs originated from ideas, efforts and commitment of emerging biotech companies. The entry of Biotechs in the drugs-battlefield will likely push to a re-invention or re-accommodation sector. Pure science – and search of knowledge- are in the mind of most Biotechs, always ready to embrace the unknown and start their own discovery adventure.
And at Pivotal we perfectly understand those science-driven thoughts and motivations within a Biotech’s mind. In fact, Pivotal was founded on the principle that strategic medical advice and support should be the backbone of all clinical trials, and we pretend to be not only “doers” (for our clients) but also act as their “co-thinkers” through the provision of strategic scientific advice. Innovation is also within Pivotal’s DNA.
Moreover, we understand the pressures to prove the potential of a compound or device with limited in-house resources, regulatory requirements and challenging funding access. We offer our biotech clients´ ongoing strategic advice and process-driven platforms to achieve their key milestones efficiently.
Our Clinical Technology
Used the right way, data and analytics can create competitive advantage, re-engineer processes and enhance risk controls. At Pivotal we have built a technological architecture that supports change, that is modifiable, scalable efficient, secure and stable.
Pivotal, S.L.U. has received funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF 2021-2027) and the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) to promote research, development and technological innovation. Thanks to this funding, the project “Development of a new effective solution for monitoring and risk management of clinical trials using AI solutions” is being carried out with the aim of creating an effective solution for centralised and risk monitoring of clinical trial data facilitating the continuous and complex data surveillance using AI with a total budget of 1,041,720€. The project will take place at Pivotal’s facilities in Madrid between April 2022 and April 2024
